The Swami Vivekananda Government Model School Scheme was initiated in 2014-15 to enhance education in backward regions of Rajasthan. A total of 134 schools were established across 134 educationally underdeveloped blocks, aiming to provide quality education, foster academic excellence and support holistic development.
Our school serves the Srinagar block of Ajmer district. In 2016, the Ajmer Development Authority allotted two acres of land (9,686.16 sq. yards / 8,098.86 sq. metres) at Village Makarwali free of cost for the school's construction, following approval by the State Government and the state-level land-use committee. Today the purpose-built campus houses classrooms, laboratories, a library and a large central prayer ground.
Guided by Swami Vivekananda's words, our mission is to deliver quality education, nurture every student's talent, and shape them into confident, responsible citizens.
To bridge the gap in educational opportunity and make world-class schooling accessible to every child of the block.
Academic excellence through quality teaching, modern infrastructure, continuous assessment and rich co-curricular life.
Discipline, service, self-belief and inclusiveness — with special attention to girls' education and first-generation learners.
584 students — 290 boys and 294 girls — study with us from Class 1 to Class 12.
